Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system – Oct 16 update
Partners play an important part in the continued success of our business and as such we are pleased to announce that the PRM project is now in a ‘soft-live’ phase and we anticipate rolling this out further in Q4 2016.
We wanted the SAM Partner Portal experience to be an interesting and interactive one where the aim is to produce a best-in-class system for our partners which is tailored to suit different Partner types as well as cater for any regional needs and preferences.
Key functionality of the portal will include;
- Points / Tier system which rewards behavioral activities as well as performance
- Sales area which is tightly integrated with SAM’s own Salesforce CRM system
- Deal Registration facility
- Business and Account Planning
- Automated Lead delivery
- Social collaboration, self-service co-branding facility
- On-line ‘Sales Essentials’ training courses
- Comprehensive Resource Centre
- Self-service facility whereby partners can manage their own colleagues and update their own contact details on the SAM Partner Locator.
